Most orders are processed within minutes of order placement. At this time, we do have some orders that have a shipping delay. These orders are processed in our warehouse and loaded onto carrier trailers, however, you may not see tracking movement on it for up to 3-5 business days. Once your order is placed, we are not able to cancel unless the order is for an item that is not currently in stock.
Our warehouse staff work nearly 24 hours each day in rotating shifts to process orders as they are placed. Although some orders may have a delay, the vast majority will start to be processed for shipment minutes after it's placed.
If you find that you need an order canceled, please ensure to call customer service at +1 800 605 8241 Monday - Friday between 7am-6pm central time so that your order can be reviewed. We will do everything we can to help. If we are not able to cancel the order, the item will then fall under the return guidelines here.
