Where is my Order?

If your order was placed via our web site, you will be able to get a current status by logging into your account or using the "check order" link at the base of the web page here.

Most orders are processed for shipment within minutes after the order is placed. 

Backorders: Titan and all carriers are experiencing delays with shipments. Many carriers have limited the amount of orders they will pickup daily so that they do not overload themselves. Due to this, please keep in mind that items that were backordered at order placement may experience a longer delay than anticipated. If your backorder date has passed, it may take up to 2-3 weeks to for us to receive it in and ship it. This is a an estimate as we do see that many are processed within days of the promised date.

In Stock Orders: If you order was "in stock" at the time of placement and it has been more than 3-5 business days, please contact us for an update so that we can review your order status. 

Please know that we sincerely apologize if you are experiencing delays with your shipments. We are working extremely hard to ship orders in a timely manner. We love our Titan customers and appreciate your patience!
