At Titan, we want to ensure that our customers get the best deals possible. If you purchase an item directly from any of our branded sites – Titan Fitness, Titan Attachments, Ash and Ember – at either the regular or sale price, and within 7 calendar days of delivery the item is updated with a lower price (highlighted red on the item page), we’ll refund the difference between the two prices. Here are the guidelines to follow when requesting a price adjustment:

Include a screenshot of the sale price and promotion
Our policy does not apply to Spend & Save promotions, coupon-initiated promotions, Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotions, Flash Sales, or Scratch & Dent items.
Stacking discounts is not permitted. For example, if your order already has a 5% discount, we cannot process a price match on top of that.
